  • 3 Tblsp butter melted, more for greasing bowl and pans and for brushing the tops of the loaves 43 grams
  • 2 Large eggs room temperature
  • 5 Cups all-purpose flour 625 grams

  • 1 Tbsp water
  • Melted butter

Bread Machine Maker

  • In the bread machine bin, add ingredients as directed by the manufacture. Generally, this would be adding the liquids first with the salt and sugar, then topping with the flour and, lastly, the yeast.
  • Put the bread maker on the dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, turn out into the greased large bowl and follow the steps below starting at step #6.
